Pass The Dutchie is a brand name of KPS Online


In these Terms & Conditions:

"Website/site" means Our website at www.passthedutchie.co
"Goods" means the goods which We will supply to You in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
"Order" means an order which You place with Us detailing the Goods You wish to buy from Us.

"You/Your/user" means you, the person using Our Website and/or buying Goods from Us.

All goods on our website are described and displayed as accurately as possible.
Occassionally, items may vary slightly from the disciption or image shown.
 
If a product you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you and suggest an alternative product or a refund.
You may wish to wait until the product becomes available and we will dispatch it as soon as possible.


Prices
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling, United States Dollars or Euros, and are inclusive of VAT if applicable.


Deliveries
KPS Online are not liable for any goods lost or damaged during delivery.
Delivery times stated on this website are a guide only and can not be guaranteed.


Returns
Cost for returns is at the customer's expense unless the product returned is found to be faulty and returned within the time specified.
 
Please check all deliveries for signs of damage before you sign for them.
If you find signs of damage, do not sign for them and contact us immediately.
 
If you discover that goods are faulty after you have signed for them, please notify us within 7 days of receiving them.
Please quote your Order ID and product descriptions and state your reason for return. Please then return goods in their original packaging.
Pending our inspection and verification that goods are faulty, we will contact you to offer a replacement or exchange.
 
You have a legal right to return any goods within 7 (seven) working days of the day after You receive the Goods. This is the legal "cooling off period".
All goods must be in the original packaging and in an unused and resalable condition.


Indemnity
KPS Online accepts no liability for costs or damages arising from the misuse of this site or due to any breach of these terms and conditions.
KPS Online can not guarantee any of the information stated on this site to 100% correct and accepts no liability for costs or damages arising from incorrect information stated on this site.


Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel an order if we see it neccessary to do so.
