Dispatch Information

Monday to Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays):

- All orders must be placed before 3pm to be dispatched that day.

- Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day.

Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched the following working day.
 

UK Shipping

All items to UK addresses are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class recorded signed for. This method requires a signature. A card will be left if there is no-one at the address, and re-delivery or collection can be arranged.

Pass The Dutchie is not responsible for arranging re-delivery/collection.

International Shipping

When ordering from outside of the UK, you are entirely responsible for finding out the laws on importing our goods into your country. If you do not receive your goods due to confiscation, Pass The Dutchie accepts no liability. Pass The Dutchie cannot be liable for failure to deliver or refunding.
 
Delivery times are subject to Customs Inspection. Taxes and charges may apply, and this may delay the delivery process. These are payable by the customer and not Pass The Dutchie.
 
With International shipping, delivery dates and timescales are an approximate only. We cannot guarantee any of the timescales, as shipping in other countries does vary.
 
We use Royal Mail to ship goods internationally:
 
International Signed For
 
Packages sent with the International Signed For service usually take about a week to deliver. However, there is no guaranteed delivery date.
 
Your package can be tracked by Royal Mail up until its departure from the UK. After that point, the package is in the hands of the next country's postal chain which may or may not use a tracking system.
 
All mail is signed for at the destination address but please note that we cannot provide a copy of the signature or say who signed for the item.
 
Royal Mail does not consider a package to be lost until 2 months after the expected delivery date. We cannot replace your order until after this time.
